I finally found a camp that is big enough to have an alarm bell to summon more people, but small enough that it doesn't get out of hand. First approach was to try and cram them all in a building, i successfully had 6-8 in the building at any one time but it just would not get them. in the end came outside and managed to find a corner and managed to back 3 into the corner and then the other two approached. 

I dont get it till 7 minutes in.. the room attempt just kept failing, so finally tried outside.
