Assertion :- A metallic surface is irradiated by monochromatic light of frequency \( vv_{0} \) (the threshold frequency). The maximum kinetic energy and stopping potential are \( \mathrm{K}_{\max } \) and \( \mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{S}} \) respectively.
