ASUS Zenith II motherboard trouble

0Building my new workstation based on the AMD Threadripper. I am normally a MSI fan, but I chose the ASUS Zenith II motherboard this time because it looked as though it was much better designed than MSI's threadripper lineup. However, since many parts are hard to find during this pandemic, I bought components as I could find them and slowly put this thing together. Unfortunately, ASUS doesn't take that into account and since more than 30 days elapsed since I purchased the motherboard, they are treating this as a warranty repair. I got an RMA code to send it in and I have no idea, especially with the pandemic going on, when I'll get this back.
