My first Power Adapter was not 9V as shown due to age electronics. I first needed to change the multi meter battery. Then, test any old Tech PSU first to confirm the volts are still the same. Finally got my 9V special plug working. Most 7800 at least have power. Summary. My Electronics skills are the worst. I will work on that.
