7In which I play "Cosmic Defender", a type-in game from Analog magazine issue 32 in 1983. The program was written by Phill Roey, and is a nice side-scrolling shooter. It starts off sedately enough, but escalates to fast furious action in about the sixth level. You can choose your starting level from 1 to 9. I had a couple of brief games on level 9 at the end of this video. 😉
