Atari 8-Bit Game Play, Deathchase XE
10In which I play "Deathchase XE" the 2013 ABBUC software contest entry programmed by Krzysztof Dudek and Mervyn Estcourt. This game took 6th place. It was brought to my attention by channel viewer Karlos Alexandros who told me I should check it out after he watched my video on "Death Race".
It's a conversion of the ZX Spectrum game "3D Deathchase", with the play area rendered in monochrome, the addition of a bit of a story with cut screens, and a music track. It's pretty fun to play! Is it as good as 3D Deathchase? Let me know what you think!
