FPGA was connected to my laptop via a USB to Serial cable to load the games.
Software used to load games was Aspeqt 0.8.8.

04/23/2014 Update:
.atr and .xex files can be run from SD card.
Currently supports the following FPGAs:
DE1
Replay
MIST
MCC-216 Est end of April 2014.
