Caverns of Eris is a horizontal shooter and a sequel to Battle of Eris. We control an animated spheric spaceship through some kind of cave landscape and must shoot down endless waves of alien spaceships.
The aliens fly in formations of five ships and if we shoot down enough formations, we will reach the next level. After 7 levels we will reach the end boss, which we have to hit very often. When he is defeated, the landscape changes and another 7 levels are awaiting the player.
The game will be released after the contest results have been announced.
