After my copy of Persona Q for the Nintendo 3DS started crashing and displaying the message "An error has occurred hold down the power button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again." I reached out to Atlus West and they had me send them a picture of my cartridge cut in half in order to receive a download code which I made an entire video on. However since I never heard back from them for almost a month I decided to release the video anyway but now I finally heard back from them! Which is the point of this video.
