I don't know what we can realistically do about Deepfakes. From all I can think of it is only practically used for a toy. They can obviously be very destructive when put into the wrong hands, but how do we stop it?
After all this backlash and the removal of that website, things are gonna simmer down then prolly just go right back to the way it was. Everything feels like a waste and this is depressing.
