I should probably also mention that I kept track of my weight (somewhat) over this period of time and I did lose around 5-8 lbs. Although some of that was probably body fat (from the running workouts), I think a good portion of it was upper body muscle. That weight loss made me expect a greater decrease in visible muscle than the videos portray.

Let me know what you think about the change. Do you think there is any noticeable amount? If so, which aesthetic is better?
