Attempt to Solo a Thargoid in a Type 10 - MAYDAY
3So I decked out a Type-10 with an AX Figther and 4 Class 3 Multi-cannons and I was able to destroy 2 Thargoid hearts, but the Type-10 even with grade 5 engineered thrusters is too slow to escape the Thargoid Cyclops before losing shields and modules due to sheer energy abuse.
Lost my ship, 30 million credits and one of my expert NPC crewmembers in the attempt. Was a fun shot at a Thargoid though, I am sure if I had a wing mate we could take one down.
