Long story short, it was OBS and it was outputting sound to my monitor. I couldn't mute the monitor as OBS wouldn't record the audio playing. I fixed it by redirecting all audio playing on OBS to my microphone, and not a speaker.

From what I could tell when watching back the video, you may hear some echoing of my voice and the game in some parts, but from what I experienced, it wasn't all that bad so this is why I uploaded this episode.

I do spend a lot of time figuring it out, thinking it was causing a lot of issues, but oh well.
