Having 0 disabled in the affinity makes GAMMA infinitely more playable. Problem is you have to do it manually everytime through the task manager unless you add this to a short cut so you don't have to worry about setting it everytime. Someone kindly let me know to post this here for ease of copy pasting thanks. C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity FFFE (Change FFFE with what you come up with the calculator)
