To undo the Snap from Avengers Infinity War, Iron Man and the rest of the Avengers have to travel back in time and steal Infinity Stones from the past. To do so, they must enter the quantum realm (via Pym Particles from Ant-Man) and try not to alternate the past too much. We're led to believe that altering the past can't change the future, based on Hulk's line regarding time travel, so the past were actually visiting is an alternate timeline. However, what does that mean for Steve Rogers when we see him as an old man at the finale of the film? Was he able to alter the timeline?
