Here's a match I played on a team with my friend Atomic Gent and his friend Suicide Pyro (Atomic's connection crapped out halfway through, and we finished the match with a random player who joined us). I really dig me some Awesomenauts, and I may end up recording more matches like this if you guys would like that. Please tell me whether or not you'd like to see more, hope you enjoy!

I'm not much of a MOBA fan at all, but I did however fall in love with Awesomenauts when I first played it. It has a gameplay system that agrees with my personal preferences as far as gameplay mechanics go, and while it still retains some staples of the MOBA genre that I'm not particularly a huge fan of, like lots of slow/stunlock effects, something about the way it mixes a competitive team-based arena game with the mechanics of a platformer/run 'n gun game really adds some unique flavor and makes me enjoy the game much more than the traditional MOBA games ever did. Plus I like the game's characters, humor setting, music... Pretty much everything better than the stuff of Leagues or Dawn of the Ancients. Sure, it's not the most balanced game from character to character, the matchmaking is screwy sometimes, and in essence it's a pretty basic game, but it has a lot of personality, and it works well for what it does. Teamwork is always important, combat doesn't feel nearly as one-sided as League's combat did to me, and it just feels fun to play, whereas in Leagues I was under constant pressure not to mess up and feel the disdain of all my teammates. Also, the community as I've personally seen it while playing is so much better than League's was; much friendlier, not that that's saying much.
