Apart from that long ass description you've probably read in the video, there are some key things to note along with step by step instructions for those who actually have better subs than the P1 side I've shown for this video.

Notes:
-P2 side absolutely needs some sort of good fire row based multipliers, the same as Awoken Cao Cao as subs e.g. Scarlet, Yamato, or Goemon as shown in the video above. Ras will do a switch that can end the run otherwise if you land someone that has a bad leader skill multiplier.
-Yamato on P2 is near IRREPLACABLE. Floor 2 converts waters to fires, on which fires are converted to woods, effectively giving a double orb change upon using Yamato. He also creates an abundance of heals most of the time for heal bind clear on P1's side should it be necessary as shown in the video. Most importantly he has an identical activation of a leader skill similar to Awoken Cao Cao, one that is of absolute necessity for the final floor leader swap.
-You don't have to use Urd, but it's highly recommended for P1's side as she combos extraordinarily well with Awoken Cao Cao for a guaranteed sweep + heal for GOdin's preemptive. You can use another person say Verdandi, but you're missing out on that sweet Awoken Cao Cao combination for a bicolor board.

Turn Layout, assuming all subs for P1 have SBR or enough to fulfill 100% before Leviathan. This also assumes both sides can do reasonable damage to sweep any floor with just an Awoken Cao Cao full activation.
F1: P1 Poison/Instant damage on purple lit + fire board change and kill
F2: P2 Yamato, kill with Awoken Cao Cao multiplier. If you don't have enough SBR before Leviathan, then make a heal row just like what I've done with Yamato in the video.
F3: P1 fire orb change, kill
F4: P2 fire orb change, kill
F5: P1 Urd + Cao Cao, kill while healing.
F6: P2 Goemon + Fire enhance or some sort of damage buff, kill
F7: P1 pass, P2 Goemon and kill
