0:00 Corridor of Dusk
The area starts with a shop run by the Empyrean Chicken, which sells support skills. I highly recommend getting Impetus for anyone who doesn't have an EX+ self buff, especially Nimrod for his special ending.
After the Rudra/Nion barrier, you can find the Love Chicken, which can go back in time and change Seth's love interest. However, it will not change their support skill from Carver's village.
You can recruit Neval. He's strong, but has no shard slots. His weapon will give him auto buffs if you find his armor, but you don't have access to that yet.
Unfortunately, the 2nd map and beyond are Atlas jamming areas, so you'll need to equip Epic Garbs if you want to get your auto buffs.
You can recruit Grant, who also has no slots but has a bonus from his unique armor.
The green bosses here are Metamagi, who are incredibly powerful, but die in one hit after you survive their initial assault.
You can recruit Mishra, who is basically Grant but with different stats and no Sword Dance. His version of Medicate is also different.

I decided to grab some of the treasure now, since I need to equip Neval and Mishra for the next boss battle.

The Action Figures all have trivia on the characters. Also, I managed to get Dael to level 99 while grinding the new guest characters.
19:54 Boss: Voice From the Afterlife
You are required to bring Dael, Neval, and Mishra, so hopefully you grinded the new characters. I also brought Martia because Heroic Blade is effective here.
27:01 Stairway to Night Unlocked
You can now access the final section, which has one semistrong green enemy. However, looks can be deceiving.
27:52 Boss: Archdragon
I was not prepared for this one at all. This thing hits way harder than the supposed final boss of the area, yet it can respawn. It has so much DPS that I needed to use items to stay alive. I didn't realize this at the time, but all of its attacks are elemental, which means you should equip Mura Eterna on everyone and set up Elemental Shield.
I swear, this thing is a reference to Warmech from FF1, since it's so much stronger than the dungeon boss.
33:09 Emptying the Treasure Room
With this, you can get the rest of the chests and Gaia Shards.
35:17 Original Light
You should have 99 shards by now, so turn them in to obtain the Original Light key item.
36:26 Boss: Azaros & Rejina
Rejina will spam ailments, so equip everyone with Puriphia Eterna. They're strong, but not as strong as the Archdragon despite double teaming you.
Sadly, you will still have to either sneak past or fight the Archdragon on your way out.
