18After the normal ending Lumen gives a hint that maybe there was a different potential option and sure enough there is.
First beat Octima Moebius as usual. But for the second fight just drain down GVs health bar and once Moebius is exposed DO NOT USE YOUR SWORD!
Instead make use of Kirins seals and make sure to stick him with all 8 of your available seals. This will immediately trigger astral order which will kill you.
Once Layla Revives you you will now have unlimited seals so it will be up to you to balance back and forth between defeating Gunvolt and slowly sealing away Moebius' HP once it is fully sealed you win. Enjoy your true ending and two new difficulty mode unlocks. Hard mode guarantees some interesting image pulses your likely don't have yet and very hard guarantees a perfect version of each bosses image pulse.
There will be an all bosses video likely soon so hope you all look forward to that and I'll also fight the dlc bosses as they come out.
I adored this game and with all the unlockables and build variety I can see myself replaying this for a long while yet. Highly reccomend for anyone waiting for a new megaman x game. And Unlike Luminous avenger 2 which nerfed copen hard this game made Gunvolt absolutely overpowered and I love it.
