Sid Meier's Civilization IV is a turn-based strategy computer game and the fourth installment of the Civilization series. It was designed by Soren Johnson under the direction of Sid Meier and his video game development studio Firaxis Games, and then first released in North America, Europe, and Australia in 2005.
The 'Lion King' Stanford University performer Talisman A Cappella and composer Christopher Tin helped create the 2011 Grammy Award winning song "Baba Yetu" (swahili "Our Father"), which was a rendition of the Lord's Prayer specifically to be played at the start of the game.

I was approached by Christopher Tin's team in the hopes of using my arrangement for the 15th year anniversary of the release of the Video Game 'Civilization IV' and of course, the release of this brilliant theme which is still sung by choir groups to this day. I figured it was only fair to do another recording, this one with a better microphone, better camera angles, and now without the dodgy G-string that was horrifically out of tune in my older recording.
