In this video, 3 friends and I play through the campaign of the Back 4 Blood beta, on veteran difficulty. Veteran is the medium difficulty, and it is quite hard. The easier mode, survivor, is quite easy and there's a huge lack of zombies. Cranking it up just one notch makes the number of zombies x5 pretty much, and the elite enemies have, like, 3x health. It gets pretty crazy. I haven't even tried Nightmare yet but I'm sure we will when we finally get past this damn boat on Veteran. It's really, really good though, especially if you have 3 other people to play with.
