Heyo beautiful people! How're you? It's been awhile since I played FF7R but we're just jumping right into the Yuffie DLC! I've gotta shake off that rust and show the power of one of Wutai's elite ninja, Yuffie Kisaragi! Now on PS5 the title is running at 60fps with faster load times that are quite nice though it IS odd that the DLC is not for the PS4 version as well despite not necessarily boasting anything too powerful for it. Even stranger, if you had at least a digital copy of FF7R, you couldn't pre-order, and so her Cacstar weapon is locked behind an insane ten dollar price. I'm skipping it and I hope that Square Enix realizes this misstep and can act accordingly on it, allowing players who bought the original version of the game to also get the weapon.
During the battle against the Air Buster a woman named Yuffie comes to Midgar in hopes of stealing the "Ultimate Materia" from Shinra. She has assistance from another man of Wutai, Sonon Kusakabe, as well as Avalanche. What mysteries are held in Shinra's dark depths in the lower basement? Only time will tell...
