18Zeus presents Back Fire on the Arcade, a true classic from the golden age of Arcade gaming which should not be forgotten along with the programmers who made this game.
Year of release: 1988
Very unusual shmup, a kind of forward and backwards Silkworm.
18 levels in total to get through before you blow the main computer at the end of level 18, certainly worth a few goes but can play with your head somewhat the way you bounce backwards when getting hit, you can certainly see the influences of Silkworm,...even the backgrounds look the same even though they look like a "pan and scan" zoomed in effect compared to Silkworm.
I've used the invincibility cheat so I could retain my weapon.
