0Being able to monitor communities of interest is often critical in an OSINT investigation; however, far too often investigators fail to appreciate or undertake the basics steps that will set them up for failure. This results in either a sub-par final product, or too much time wasted filtering out noise. This presentation will go over some basic steps that frequently get overlooked, and discuss some best practices for setting up an investigation for success from Step 1.
