Rules to the challenge:
1) All fish are allowed to be counted towards total
2) All enchanted books allowed and counted in their own category
3) Enchanted Rods are allowed, with seperate records at fishing cottage
4) Regular rods are allowed, with seperate records at fishing cottage
5) Journey fishing has allows cobblestone (32) and wooden slabs (32) to be used. Need boat, and chest for storage counting and sign post at each individual fishing shelter to keep record of fish
