Dishonored: Death of the Outsider is the third and currently final game in the Dishonored series from Arkane Studios. Originally planned as DLC for Dishonored 2, the project was expanded into a somewhat short standalone title centered on allowing the player to choose the fate of the unwilling man-made deity responsible for many of the dark events of the first two games. With a focus on freedom for the player to tackle problems however they wish, Death of the Outsiders greatest potential strength is in allowing the player to make their own moral judgements regarding their actions completely unconnected to the previous games' Chaos System. Death of the Outsider draws very mixed reactions from series fans, but the bread and butter of the gameplay is still Dishonored through and through.
