So to explain why my video rate has dropped... I was on a business trip this last week. Unfortunately... it turned into the trip from hell. I was sick before the trip, so I don't have any backlog to work with, then to boot got back a day later than expected (due to a certain nameless airline). I had recorded this video live mid-week, but for some reason the YT app decided to not flip the video live when I told it to.

Since I wasn't going to bring a computer with me (too much hassle at the TSA checkpoints and won't run and record MC anyways), I decided to try out Minecraft Pocket Edition. And... well...

How has this even lasted as a viable Minecraft, let alone led to changes being made to the PC version to bring it more in line with console? This is pretty goddamned awful. No way to turn off auto-jump, delays on all actions while the OS tries to figure out if you single tapped or are holding down, and inventory management is a case of the devs saying to the user base "Yeah, we hate you."

I could see this being OK for creative work, but that's about it. I spent about a half hour trying out survival and came away pretty annoyed.
