This Logitech G500 mouse, I got it in August 2012, 1 year and a half ago

The mouse now has a problem with the wire and it doesn't work

The mouse has 3 year warranty and KSP is refusing to replace it saying it has physical damage not covered
in warranty

So I made this video to warn you from buying this mouse from KSP and maybe warn you from buying products
from Logitech

I had to drive to KSP to bring them the mouse, during work hours, waste time and fuel and I don't even
get it replaced in warranty.
