2I find a lot of people like to burst after the first hit after dust wallsplat into forward run. Here are a few concepts on Jam and Leo of how to bait it while maintaining a hard knockdown ender. You want to confirm while Baiken is running in Suzuran whether or not the opponent performed a burst
1) Jam bursts: 5D6, 6H, 63214K, 6H, 63214K+P, 5K, j.SD, airdash, j.SD, 63214K+P
2) Jam doesn't burst: 5D6, 63214K, 5H, 236K, j.SD, airdash, j.SD, 236236S (or H). I couldn't get kuchinashi ender her because hitstun decay was too far in the threshold for lights.
3) Jam doesn't burst: 5D6, 63214K, 5P, 5K, 5S, 5H, 63214K+H
