Sup guys! :D Decided to have a little bit of fun during my LEG DAY and go for a few Deadlifts! :D Sometimes it's good to mix it up and just go for it and it turned out pretty well :)

Much to my surprise I ended up getting 405 lbs for 6 solid reps, which got me pretty pumped, proud, and confident that I've got a diet that's helping me lose body fat, but maintain and maybe even gain some strength! :D
