Ingredients:
Banana Loaf
250g of Self Raising Flour
150g of Caster Sugar
Oil
2 Eggs
4 Bananas....The older the better
Sultanas
Tsp of Ground Cinnamon
Tsp of Ground Nutmeg
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 45 minutes.....Check, bake further is necessary.
Tiffin
150g Butter
3 Tbsp Caster Sugar
3 Tbsp Golden Syrup
6 Tsp Cocoa Powder
225g Biscuits
Raisins - Handful
Marshmallows - Handful
220g Chocolate
Some extra Chocolate and a knob of butter - to melt and drizzle on the top at the end.
Chill in fridge for two hours.
