While in Key West, Florida, Kellie found peaceful places to practice yoga. This sunrise flow was like no other. On the other side were jagged rocks actually. So flowing graceful with balance was key to survival. Do not try this at home as this was actually quite dangerous. Kellie practices yoga each day at Life Time. And although dangerous this was actually quite peaceful during the gorgeous morning light while on this quiet pier.
