I somehow beat this Weekly Challenge first try, so either I'm insanely good or got really lucky (probably the lucky part lol). Anyways, the main differences to this compared to no items are that the Zesty Bar is completely useless, 1st Prize is WAY more important, the stamina can never be red, etc. This is harder than no items so yeah.
