here is an issue in the current 1.3.1 builds (Possibly only the Windows builds) that results in the mouse cursor not centering correctly if the mouse leaves the window after starting the game, or if the window loses focus after starting. This is a Unity issue, and it doesn't seem like it will be a simple fix. In the meantime, you should be able to work around the issue by playing in full screen and making sure not to let the mouse leave the game window! Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll release a fix as soon as I find a solution.
