It's Day 3. Decided to have a double stream today so this is part 1. We were exploring a new part of the Grove and Astarion gets caught pilfering... more than one time. One time he couldn't even talk his way out of it and the only option was to pay 429 gold or attack. 429 gold?? That was basically my whole fortune! I didn't want to attack and get the entire area riled up so we bit the bullet and forked over 429 gold 😣. Needless to say, Astarion cooled off on his pilfering ways.
We came across a couple of religious sounding fanatics about the Absolute and True Soul, an Owlbear mama and her cub in a cave, and Astarion revealed a secret he's been keeping from us 🤫
Playthrough Details:
I have fond memories of playing BG and BG2 back when they first came out. I haven't read or watched any guides or spoilers for BG3 so it's a fresh start going into the game. There will be a learning curve and it will be slow going, but let's enjoy the ride!
