The monster gives 150 xp for killing it and no loot.
To release the monster from the flask do the following.
1. Right click on the Iron Flask in your inventory, select Inspect.
2. you will get an dialog option, select Remove the Stopper.
3. Monster will spawn.
Where to find the Iron flask if you dont have it?
Its in the strongbox where 2 guys are fighting gnolls at a cave entrance, its part of the The Missing Shipment Quest (if you open the strongbox, that is as there are more outcomes in this questline)
