Completing the Rescuing the Druid Halsin quest would normally lead to this being a party with the tiefling refugees. However, if you slaughtered the Druid Grove, this is now a party with the goblins and Minthara instead. Just make sure after killing everyone at the Druid Grove that you follow the choices below when talking to her.
