Developed by BioWare and published by Black Isle Studios and Interplay Entertainment in 2001, "Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal" is an expansion to Shadows of Amn and completes the Bhaalspawn storyline.
After defeating Irenicus in Shadow of Amn and saving Suldanessellar we find that the events of the Bhaalspawn prophecy are coming to pass. Namely, whole lots of Bhaalspawn are gathering around the city of Saradush, some with armies, intent on killing each other in a battle for the Throne of Bhaal.
