Chilly Willy and Chilli Billi are twin dragons who serve collectively as the boss of Hailfire Peaks. They use ice and fire, respectively, but their battles are essentially the same. They will spit projectiles at you as you run to one of the cannons around the edge of their crater. Once you get to a cannon, fire eggs of the opposite element (Fire Eggs for Willy, and Ice Eggs for Billi) into its hole to launch them at the dragon. After a few hits you will need to dodge a sweeping lick attack and more projectiles to reach the next cannon, until they are defeated.
