12You can't make "real" Guildhalls in Elder Scrolls Online yet, but here is an imagination of what one might look like, put together in 12 hours by @baratron, Guildmaster of the UESP Guild (PC-NA branch).
The UESP pseudo-Guildhall is a large house, Forsaken Stronghold in Bangkorai. It's decorated with strange artifacts brought back from all over Tamriel and many desks where we might work on researching them. It also features a well-stocked pantry and dining hall, a crafting area with every type of crafting station, and a bedroom suitable for every race in the game. Plus a rooftop station of target skeletons where members can test their DPS rotations, an NPC Merchant and Banker.
