Based on the following information arrange four metals math xmlns=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathMLmi mathvariant=normalA/mimo,/momi mathvariant=normalB/mimo,/momi mathvariant=normalC/mi/math and math xmlns=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathMLmi mathvariant=normalD/mi/math in order of decreasing ability to act as reducing agents:
(I) Only \( \mathrm{A}, \mathrm{B} \), and \( \mathrm{C} \) react with \( 1 \mathrm{~M~} \mathrm{HCl} \) to give \( \mathrm{H}_{2}(\mathrm{~g}) \)
(II) When \( \mathrm{C} \) is added to solutions of the other metal ions, metallic \( \mathrm{B} \) and \( \mathrm{D} \) are formed.
(III) Metal \( \mathrm{C} \) does not reduce \( \mathrm{A}^{\mathrm{n}^{+}} \).
