0So, I decided to do something in lieu of the Yoshi's Island let's play(which I doubt now is actually going to get finished this year) and covered basic level design.
As stated in the video, when making a level-or a game-you need to decide how your going to start it off-go full throttle and not let up, or escalate gradually. In this case, I went for gradual escalation and introduction of the basic mechanics. Not the most articulate of my videos, but I think I got my point across.
