Works on all versions of the game, last-gen/next-gen consoles, and Steam and Epic for PC. Only difference is that the Steam and Xbox 360/PS3 versions don't allow you to access the pause-menu after doing a double-OOB, so doing this on those versions would cost you 1:30 of additional time, for you to either Alt-F4 the game and load up the save again, or wait until Batman falls far enough into the abyss to die and cause a checkpoint restart automatically.

0:00 - Getting standing storage by crouching through this gap and doing the standard inputs for getting corner cover storage.
0:16 - Dropping down from this ledge, holding forward and run to make sure I grab on to the next ledge.
0:18 - Activating standing storage by holding aim, then switching to Batarang. Press A after Batman falls a little, he'll climb back up, going through the wall in the process.
0:25 - I do a glide to get back inbounds before the area loads, haven't really messed around with this glide but it hasn't been an issue.
0:39 - Navigate to the door here, and then do a checkpoint restart to load the next, area after entering. Upon reloading, Batman will twitch for a second or two, then the game will resume as normal.
1:15 - One of the stun rod guys will stand still and won't bother you, however there is another guy that will. Take care of him.
1:35 - Do the easy version of Bell skip.
