Unintuitive design, mindless fighting, and very awkward controls. Controlling Batman and his moves feel sluggish. This is due to baked in delays that break general convention. Most of your attacks are worthless and do not make you feel like a super hero. Rotoscoping is charmingly bad. The mix of fighting game controls and platforming DOES NOT WORK, b/c dpad up as a jump button is not precise. It fails as a platformer, it fails as a beat 'em up, it fails to impress beyond funny enemy names.
