With the DC Extended Universe (maybe? possibly?) on the verge of a new beginning and a wave of retrospectives and "What the HELL even happened here?" content no doubt soon to begin spilling out, I decided to revisit a "compilation" project that never exactly came together fully the first time around - an "all in one" (with redundancies removed and a few bits swapped-around for better flow) assembly of what ended up being the EXTREMELY lengthy 3-part "REALLY THAT BAD: BATMAN V SUPERMAN" docu/review trilogy; now reworked further in light of the more complete collapse of the enterprise, subsequent release of the "real" Snyder Cut and the impending beginning of the James Gunn era at DC Films.
There is NOT, I stress, a plethora of "new" material to be found here on the audio/commentary front - in fact much of the editing has involved cutting down on spots where I was repeating myself between installments and (for this more recent version) trimming in spots where information was either speculative and no longer borne out by the facts five years later or simply reflected improperly in hindsight. Most notably, fans of the original versions (links to which you'll find below) will note new filters and some color/sound alterations to help keep things within the YouTube monetization rules of the moment.
Actual NEW content about all of this is, of course, still forthcoming; but there are times when you play the hits 🤷♂️
