Testing the new HUD I'm making for Battlefield 1944 mod. Still unfinished.

Some HUD features:
- Round bar on capturing flag, reload ammo and heat state.
- Hit indicator with move effect, thanks to AGM114D.
- Reload text indicator.
- Confirmation button on suicide or switch team, thanks to PR mod.
- End screen like BFV.
- Headhot indicator, script by Worldlife123, headshot code by AGM114D, sound effect from CODMW2 extracted by Ryan_Production.
- Correct widescreen HUD, modified shader by AGM114D.

Spanish voices from BC2 extracted by Muhammad Furqon.
