4I went on an empty unranked server to look at some stuff and noticed the lights fading. The tac light blinds an enemy indefinitely, with zero fading over time. This light however has an initial bright appearance, then slightly fades. Instead of making the cone smaller or whatnot, just change it so that your soldier's eyes adjust to the light after a set amount of time.
