Here is a great way to not only get cash quick, but to level up fast as well.
Play a game of Hotwire. Control the points which are the vehicles, throw on a boost for added bonus and stay alive.
At the end of that match I killed no enemies, but received the mvp coin and the winning point total that is an overwhelming 25 thousand compared to the rest of the field.
