After a rip-roaring week of controversy, PR disasters and internet outrage, EA have decided to turn off the microtransaction system in the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront 2. Thats right the reaction to Battlefront 2’s microtransactions and progression system was so bad that EA have decided to remove them for the time being. But be warned everyone, EA have said they will return, probably once everyone has forgotten about it and moved on.
