This video depicts the Battles of Lexington & Concord. People die in battles. The following video depicts death. I believe it is unfaithful and shameful to romanticize war. As General Sherman put it: "It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, more vengeance, more desolation. War is hell."

I made this video for three reasons:
1. I really love the American Revolution -- It is my favorite period in history. I've always wanted to put a video like this together.

2. I am a History Teacher. My intention with this video is to get students, or anyone for that matter, interested in history. If making videos and putting music in the background achieves this, then that is a win for everyone.

3. I am currently writing a Historical Fiction Story based in the American Revolution -- go figure :D -- I hope that readers will be able to see this video and know where I'm getting pieces of my information from, and enjoy it.
